glow plug question again

I have made it 4 to 5 laps in the race and have had the glow plug crap out. This is getting old what makes this happen. I am running a k&B 21 outboard.

Eddie, usually too lean, sometimes too hot. Your engine is probably going lean as you run low on fuel. Start it running a little richer. If it is an SS version, those have to run slobbering rich.

what plug you using?

what head clearance you running?

how much nitro?

are you running a header tank?

set-up that works

K&B HP or McCoy MC9

header tank real close to the engine.
