I'm trying to come up with a tank design for my rigger. A wedge shape would be the best fit. Max size I get for rect. is 16.2oz .If I can do wedge then 20oz. Trouble is, highest part of wedge is toward the engine, not front of tank. Vent line to pipe would be @ the rear of the tank not the front. Would this be a problem? I am still going to use internal hopper tank.

I guess I wanted to get the design right first. Oh and a happy new year to you sir!

Regardless of where the vent tube comes out it will be curved internally to the highest part of the tank . he has made many humpback tanks for me . Make a template out of thin stiff cardboard such as a file card to test the shape and leave 1/16" clearance around the outside . Walt does a nice job .

hey tom walt built a wedge tank for my new .90 roadrunner. just like u described ....give him a call..
