Got 2 MACs for sale.
We bought these originally around 15 years ago and never ran them until summer last year - these were fitted in a 42" and 36" sprint cat respectively. We have removed a shim from each one to adjust the squish as these were originally set up for 40% nitro or more. Bringing it down to a more suited config for 20% Nitro which we use here in the UK.
Both engines have excellent compression and each one hasn't had more than 2 gallons of fuel through it. We ran into some overheating issues as we're not running these in riggers so the heads were covered with boat lids. Hence changing the engines to something more suitable for our style of boating.
Here is a video showing the 84 going in the Sprint Cat 42 -
The 67 has some marks on the piston, not sure how this happened, the engines have always been well oiled after use etc, and it doesnt affect the running of it either way.
Anyway, here are pics
Oh the 84 also has a bit of green paint from overspray when we were painting the boat it was in, oops.
Liners are good on both as well, not pitted etc.
Can provide more pics on request.
We'll take offers on these, will ship worldwide, shipping is at cost price. Would be ideal to get them both off to one seller.
Any questions, let me know!
TIA,
Jake
