Yep, what Chris said. Most of the major epoxy manufactures make some kind of pigment additive.

Vendors of high power rocketry sell black epoxy and it's good quality but very thick. Mostly used for fillets on fins. Proline 4500 and Rocketpoxy.

Hi found a place to buy Black Epoxy . I also did some reading on pigments and there use. I had done some small things with resin and colored pigments in passed . The one thing I did find out was . When using pigments and resin more hardner needs to used, I also like to use a sanding agent in the mix .
