Just talked with Andy last night about the sponson settings on my new SGX 90.

There should be no toe in or out both sponsons strait and the right sponson tip should be .100 taller off the table than the left.

Assemble the boat as built then adjust as mentioned.

This is to help the boat track strait.

Left sponson top should be parallel to the table, right sponson top should rise slightly going forward so it has about 3mm higher tip than the left. So right sponson has near 3 degrees aoa and left around 2.7-2.8 degrees aoa.
 
thanks for posting that set-up sheet. Just realized, after looking through my un-assembled SGX2-45 kit, I have the same sheet. Now I understand the right sponson offset.
