I think my math is correct, but question or point it out if you doubt the numbers.

I took record runs from boths courses, calculated ft. per sec. and converted it to MPH using this: http://www.technic.in.th/booklet/conv/convf.html
I find the speeds very interesting relative to the top ends we get off our GPS's.
There's a lot of wisdom in Dick Crowe's mantra that says races are decided in the corners. Note that Dick practices what he preaches. His Cabover is still the fastest LSH in the land...the only exception to the increases in speeds on the 1/8th mile oval.
