How position of strut affect Cat running? Where can I get some info.

My cat on full speed running too lose. How can I bring it a little down? Thanks. Boris

Boris,

Lower your strut to tighten the hull. I have seen the strut at the bottom of the sponson to 3/8 above on good working cats. Your balance should be around 33-35 percent. Then you get into fine tunning i.e. neg strut to push the nose down and opposite to raise. Also, you can adjust the rudder to help the hull in the corners. Power Boating & Advance Power Boating by John Finch has information. Jim's boat dock has info also. I hope this helps.
