I think Garson said he needed a .45 carb for his sport 40 with a K&B , do you know if this carb will work with his 7.5cc K&B engine?

Carol, The neck on a k&b 7.5 outboard is about .625 inch diameter. Early carb's had a .312 bore/venturi size and later 8702 & pro models .375 venturi size. I've heard the earlier carb's are easier to tune but the newer .375 bore are better for racing. Newer carb's must use a remote needle valve. someone correct me if I,m wrong
