Here Kanuckistan if five armed intruders break into your house in the middle of the night and you kill one of them in self defense you get charged with second degree murder.

Six months later after they take your firearms away, you spend a week in jail, are released on $130,000 bail and basically have your life ruined they drop the charges.

Then they call it a "win" for legal gun owners.
