Do anyone makes a outboard conversion kit for the A/A engine?

I have been wanting to take a look at one of these to see about converting it to an outboard

I did but there was not enough call for them to make it worthwhile.

I for one would love to see a A/A outboard in 21 and 45! There is definitely room for another 45 outboard. You basically got NR and Nelson, as long as they hold out. There are some Rossi's running, not sure about parts though. K&B hasn't made one in a long time, but because of the abundance of them,00 and there parts. They are the Zombie's of the outboard world. So why not. With .21's there's enough people that run them there's room for another one.
