Find an old 3.5 K&B outboard prop shaft assy, drive the roll pin out put the dog on your shaft redrill the hole for the roll pin and you are in business.

So you will only have a 1/32" wall thickness?

Why would you need such a thing? The prop hub is much thicker.

Preston I have one on my F/F 21 and it looks good.it is smaler then the hub but not by much.the next size up is 3/8 and that is to big.

Octura have a 3/16 bore with 5/16 OD if that's any help. Part OC6DMM.

Cheers,

Scott.

The 5/16" OC6DMM is the drive dog most commonly used by electric racers using mostly 40mm - 45mm props.

If you want to down size one then mount it to the shaft, put the shaft in a drill, and use a Dremel or coarse file to cut it down.
