3.5 rear exhaust

been out for a bit what 3.5 or 21 have rear exhaust now thanks for your help

You can find some older ones like a MAC 21, or CMB Valvolas.

Those are front exhaust motors. Rear exhaust motors have a 180* header.
Remember the airplanes propellers are
Out front on most of their motors. A MAC-21 is a front exhaust motor, the pipe goes over the flywheel.

Thank You Mark,
Some just can't grasp this concept.
Same with front housing, rear housing.

OK let me rephrase the question I want the pipe coming out the back of the boat lol to me thats a rear EX and out the front is a front ex I do not fly planes lol

So you are looking for a: MAC-21, Valvola-21,
or a Novarossi DD-21 correct? These are all
examples of front exhaust engines. In most
boats we run the flywheels in the back of our
boats which is just the opposite of and airplane.
It is just nice if people understand the correct
configuration of our hobby motors.

.21 KEEP Direct Drive Marine Engine w/ Rear Exhaust this is off the web novarossi so I guess boats and plane are not the same ? not sure lol but yes exhaust out the back of the boat with a strait header pipe is what I'm looking for

The back end of a transverse mounted engine, is still the back end of for & aft mounted engine.

Nice boat I have been looking at the CMB and .21 keep rear exhaust motors just was not sure if there were any others out there I see there is one in development

Both are very nice, I run the Beta currently. Very nice engine, haven’t broken it in fully but engine has a very nice sound.
