Everyone has there own opinion but i run .005 and mc9 plugs. Sure you could use a hotter plug but i just like the mc9

Harold, It's been 25 years since I ran a 3.5 K&B tunnel. I used a X437/3 and the boat ran well on 20%.

Also 3.5 K&B kicks back and blows glow plugs... Any reason why?

Just starting out my cousin bought a dumas and lee craft tunnel hull. When trying to start the motor it tries to kick back and continues to blow glow plugs... Any idea on whats going on?

is the motor turning the right direction? when looking down at the flywheel, should turn clockwise.

Guys forgive me but i am new to all this boat stuff. i have a K&B 3.5 on a prather tunnel hull. Can i ask what is the squish band I dont guess i know what we are talking about here.

The squish is the distance between the piston and the head at top dead centre.

Possibly, The sleeve is in upside down........

We are still trying to identify the camera person, TBM sent in secret agent Gator340 to get a little leverage for future endeavours. One thing for sure, it's never a dull moment at Charleston...........
