3.5 engine recommendation

I am planning on building a monohull (RCBM WIild thing plans) this winter and looking into the cost...something similar to seducer's V-hull

I am looking for a decent 3.5 engine that wont break my checking account. As far as I know, I'm not planning on racing, but I do want quality. Any one know any new ones between 100$-150$ that I wont have to wait 6 months to get

OPS 3.5 comes with header and pipe for $185..
