The Rio Grande Racers are pleased to announce that we will be hosting the 2012 West Texas Shootout for Autism Awareness on April 28-29, 2012 in El Paso, Texas. Last year this race was put together with just under 4 weeks of time. We have been working on the 2012 race for several months already! In 2011 we raised $1,000 that was donated to the El Paso Autism Society Chapter. We hope to do much more than than in 2012.
We hope that you will mark this race down on your calender and join us for a great event! Most of last years racers have already informed me that they will be back in 2012. I have about 10-15 others that have also let me know they will be attending!
There are also several sponsorship and raffle donation opportunities. Take a look at our website and please help join in our quest to raise Autism Awareness!

T-Shirts available for event! 1 shirt for $20 or 2 shirts for $35. Please specify sizes when registering!
We will have a block rate of rooms saved at two different locations. The first being the following:

$59 per night + tax
The establishment is Pet Friendly! $20 non refundable pet fee - the $20 fee is a one time fee and not added to each night you stay.
Conact Pamela or Kaylee at (915) 778-6789 to make reservations. Mention RIO GRANDE RACERS and they will get you taken care of. Nobody else at the location can give you this rate, so make sure you speak to either Pamela or Kaylee. Rates good until 4/25/12 - after that they will be regular price
