Side view of my dummy Allison. It is made of primarily wood. The block is 1/16 ply and the valve covers are 1/16 ply surrounding balsa that was shaped on the top to resemble the contour. The top was then covered w/ 3/4 oz fiberglass and epoxy. The stacks on top are dowels which will be sealed, primed and painted w/ a chrome finish.
