I'm building a model of the U-3, the 2003 version that raced in Evansville and Madison. The hull is a fiberglass Phil Thomas T-5 hull. While the cockpit is somewhat offcenter on the Bud, it will comply w/ the 10% rule and be an awesome looking boat. I may take some measurements and make some drawings of the hull and build another one out of wood w/ a centered cockpit but first things first.
