It would be cool to turn this into an anual event.

A trophy could be given to the district that has the most first place finishes or ???????

Just think a battle between the two Districts once a year with bragging rights for the whole year.

Come on Randal and Kevin this is a chance for something very cool and different and London is a great Midway point for the battle to take place.

Any thoughts?

Just seven days to go and things are starting to look good.

That list is old.

Currently there are 90 plus boats registered and there is still time to get your name on the list.

The weather forcast is calling for clear and sunny both days with the highs in the 70's

We are all looking forward to a great race.

The list is old because you will not update it.

Please update it so we can see what classes will be racing.

Awesome show guys!

Got in the door by 8:15....enough time to unpack and still read the kids a story. Gotta spend some time with the better half now so I'll make this short.

Thanks Randall. Terry and all the Northern Lights group. The Hallems (sp?) are really good people and it's nice to see a family so in tune with each other.

The racing was great. The water was really well protected from the constant Sat wind. Funny how it changed up today.

Everyone who attended was pretty cool to hang out with and even Terry didn't run me over while applying a smiley! :)

Thanks to Dustin and Rick Maston who helped me setup up my stuff and for getting me hooked up with a pretty **** good Super Stock gas mono which took 1st in LS-27 (only 3 running). The open mono Dustin made was a rocket even challenging a big 1cu. nitro seaducer. unfortunetly the tunnel couldn't (and driver) handle the wind and chop. My 1/8th won the O.A. in FE with a great show by Pete Stienke doing 360's and landing up right. Steve made me work hard until I got the chance in the last turn.

Beware of the man who says he can't see.....cuz he made everyone drive their pants off trying to catch him! The rigger was sick Steve and video conversion will start soon.

Yup, great weekend guys, thanks to Randall Thomas, Mike & Roger Hallam and the rest of the Hallam family, what a beautiful race site!

Had around 100 boats and got five rounds in by 2:30 Sunday, everyone was on the road by 3pm. Some of those new electric boats are very impressive BTW. :)

Special thanks to the the rest of the Northern Lights Model Boat Club; especially Tim Kish, Tom Hulbert, Geoff Overell, Mike Locke, Dan Palmer, Al Long, Don Luckhurst, Olly Douglas and Ron Jefferson (who's not a member but helped anyway), Michelle Thomas for her great scoring all weekend, and Nick Karabetsos (for you know what ;) ).

It's great to see a group of guys pulling together for the benefit of all, kinda like an "old school" club.

Thanks again, had a great weekend... :D

I just want to thank some of the Thames Valley Model Boat Club members who stayed around until almost 5:00 pm to load the trailers and get them to the storage facility. If you were at the bbq at my place Sunday evening, you know who you are.

Thanks again for your help.
