It has come to my attention that the Picco 12, and possibly others, have a 6mm sg crank shaft versus the common 7mm sg. The conversion flywheels that I make are all made 7mm. I've found a solution to fitting the SG flywheel to a 6mm shaft. You can order some brass metric tubing from Mcmaster carr, search for miniature metric brass tube in their web site. Look for 7mm od with a 6.1mm id. Cut a piece slightly shorter than the flywheel collet. Then slit it length wise. Sand off any burrs from the shim and insert this under the collet to shim the shaft out to size. You may be able to find metric tubing at hobby stores but if you can't Mcmaster always has it.

Thank you
