You get what you pay for... The TFL starters dont have a solenoid so all the amps go through the switch causing them to burn out. The motors themselves are also prone to burning up. Some guys get a few weekends out of one some a couple years... My shortest life was 4 starts of a .45. They denied my warranty and I switched to Daniel with no regrets!
