newbie questions

I have a friend with a picco 45 in a quickie 40 rigger. I would like to know what pipe lenght we should run for this engine? I also have a mac 21 in a new rigger,and I would like to know what glow plug to use in these engines? thanks.

I think I would try the pipe on the Picco at about 10 1/8

inches. In my Mac 21 I run McCoy #9 seem to work here.

It's hard do say, it has do to with what pipe you have and and what prop you are turing and fuel % you are using but it can be anywhere from 9 1/2 to 10 1/4, as far as what plug I use what ever I have, I have seen its very important to use a glo-plug starter with a full charge.
