Jae 12 Weight

I dug around and could not find any solid info on this. How much should a JAE 12 weigh?

Right now I am at 1140g without fuel. Is this good, or did I use WAY too much epoxy in my build or otherwise added too much weight along the way?

My G3 lite version with a .12 NR 5 ports weights ready to run 960grms If yours it is a G2 it is light. Gill

Eric, lighter is always better on the 12 boats! My Texan .12 weight 1lb 14oz ready to run.

Has anyone built one of these from fiberglas or carbon fiber?

I work for a company which uses industrial lasers, and I have been working on getting a set of parts cut from fiberglas for my next JAE 12 build. My plan was to use much thinner material in pretty much every location.
