International Hobbies AMPS RC BAJA Boat Hull w/ Seat Tray, GT150 cowl, outboard leg, electric conversion mount, etc etc. NEW
Hull made under license by ML Boatworks
You are looking at an officially licensed 2014 Amps - International Hobbies Baja RC hull, with seat tray, windshield, and the replica Johnson GT150/ Evinrude XP150/ Yamaha Amps cowling. All items are brand new layups. ML Boatworks was authorized by the owner of Amps/IH to do the layup and offer it as a package deal. The hull, cowling and seat tray are all gel coated fiberglass. The Hull is clear gel coat, with black metal flake, with red, silver, blue and gold metal flake mixed in. The boat is amazing in the sun. The outboard cowling will fit correct over a K&B 3.5 lower unit, and sits at the correct height. If you have an Amps outboard, it is already pre-drilled and tapped to accept the long shaft outboard as 1/4" thick aluminum was bonded inside the transom before bonding the top and bottom decks. This hull can be run as FE or Nitro as the radio box area has not been cut, so this leaves the hull in your hands as far as setup! This a beautiful, high quality layup that is sure to be a gem in your collection, or out on the water! This hull is 38" in length, 14" wide, and made to accept a .46 size nitro, or custom FE setup.
Comes with (all brand new); Mecoa K&B 3.5 outboard leg, FE conversion/motor mount, turn fins, two servos, five push/pull-rods and fittings, trim tabs, and 3 custom scale decal sets for a Mercury Optimax 300 hp outboard.
Add your electronics, complete the build, then wow them at home and on the water!
