Most of you have run across this problem, I've heard some say to put it in the microwave but that seemed harsh for me. I had a gallon in a metal can and I tried a power mixer with a cordless drill but it was still too thick to flow. I decided to just put it in a tub of hot tap water and left it there for about 15 minutes and then new hot water for another 15 minutes and after 45 minutes it was liquid and flowing fine. I mixed a small batch to do some work on my big boat. I kicked off and seems as good as ever. Anyone else tried this?

Thanks, John
