Custom starting cone for a 260?

Is there anyone out there that would make me a nitro style starting cone for a 260 ZEN? I am trying to get around the pully.

I took a K&B 3.5 cone, shaved off the bottom edge, then tapped to proper thread.. Works wonderful. The Dubro is another solution....
