A rocket launch is planned for NASA Wallops Island this evening at around 7:30PM. Check it out if you are in the area and the skys is clear.

Saw both of the latest launches ...first one was much brighter orange...easier to see...both very cool!

Kind of like Kennedy Space Flight Center only instead of watching from Cocoa Beach sipping Mojito's, your hanging around with giant fly's and wild pony's on Chincoteague. LOL Just kidding. Been to Chincoteague a few times and it's a very cool place. Great seafood!

PS- Wallops Island is in Virginia. You Marylanders think you own everything east of the bay bridge... I know because I used to be one. LOL

The command center for wallops island is the Goddard space center in Greenbelt,md. I use to work there for Verizon whenever the shuttle went up.
