The classes and number of heats are now locked. We will only add boats to fill heats.

On page 4 of this thread, there is a list of the number of boats by class. I have added a column which shows the number of spots available for that class, if any. If the class is full, in the next column, we will maintain a list of alternates, in case someone drops out.
