Looking for 10-1/2 to 10-5/8" length.

I have it set at 10-5/8" for now. When I get in the water I'll adjust as needed.

If there is an easier way to install the pool noodles in the PT stealth 45 sport 40, someone please tell us how.

Doug. I run them though the band saw and cut them in half (long way)

Go to menards get some pipe insulation I found the yellow foam is good not the soft black stuff

Primer layed down good. Still have some pin holes to fill.

Had no time to work on the sport 40 this week, until today. Filled in all the pin holes on the cowl and applied 2nd coat of primer.
Will wet sand with 320 and apply the 3rd and final coat of primer.
Will have time this weekend to get working on the hull to get ready to paint next week.

Make sure you add some carbon or wood under the back of cowl or your gonna be sick when it breaks

I layed carbon fiber along both edges of the cowl starting from the rear going forward about 6 inches long.

Second coat of primer, most of the pin holes are gone. Should have it finished by Monday afternoon. Had to do some repairs on the bottom of the boat around the plywood plate.
