You'll have to cut away the portion of the lower unit to fit the tuned on.In other words the stock muffler that is built into the lower unit needs to be cut-out to allow the tuned pipe to fit.I'm sure others will key-up and explain it better.
And that servo will turn just about anything.....If...
For what it's worth I've tried using the stock cmb needles and they only worked for me on the .21 engines,they also seemed to be rather sensitive to adjustments.
Not the best for 3rd channel needle use in my opinion.
If your careful you can get the pin that holds the drive dog out of the shaft.
You can use a small punch to tap it out...but I prefer a small press for rebuilding prop shafts.
And put the washer on and press the pin back in and away you go.
