Square drive setup in a 80 eagle with K90 made in Germany by me :) : Squaredrives always are running free and i don't have pressure on the frontbearing of the engine. I use peek washers between the strut and the drivedog. Curt

Why don't you use some small ballbearings? All my rudder axles are set in ballbearings and last for years, no play, never getting sloppy. But i always make my hardware myself :) The only what you have to do is putting some oil on after each running day. Curt

8/32?? this is 1/4 = 6,35mm ?? These screws are something about 3,6mm ?? Could be 9/64, but i don't know, if there are such screws existing?? You are right they use metric 3mm, metric 4mm, the water intakes are metric 5mm and the bolts for the case and the head are inch.
