Tyndall fin is good but for this boat id use a MIKE HUGHES. If your IMPBA the drive dog must stay under the boat,in this case id spin a x455x3. I like the front radio box and transom exhaust. Walt makes a tank that will fit under the deck. Also if you want to keep it on the water good id mod the front ledge of the tunnel. Don Ferrette built SPEEDY and i got it from him, sold it to a club member but its the cleanest worry free setup ive seen inside the boat. What paint scheme are you doing?. If you need any other setup yips id be glad to help.....Mike

it will be the blue speedy print, would anyone have a pic of the inside as to how you laid out fuel tank's..est...??
Wes Ellet has the correct decals. Much research was done by Tom David and myself to get to the bottom of the correct paint scheme. Tank placement is up to you but id go with Walt tank under the deck pushed up to the c-g for pics email me [email protected]

Here is how i did mine.

Just tested mine for the first time Sunday....Set it up EXACTLY per Phils instructions....strut depth, angle, X-455 prop, Tyndal turn fin....Joe Wiebelhaus was kind enough to meet with me to help me out...he is a very experianced scale guy, and i am not.....also , per Joes advice, i put a spoiler under the bow of the boat....this boat ran GREAT!! The same thing happened when i built Phil's Sport 40....I did my best to follow his instructions to the letter and the boat ran great right off the board....if you have the instuction book for the boat, do what he says and you will be happy!
