Bill I can make the block out of aluminum with Oilite bearings of I can make the block from Nylatron which would not need a bushing. Your choice. I will not be able to work on them until next weekend because my mother is visiting until then.

Do you know what size the pin is by chance? I will need to order drill rod to make them. If you don't know I can take my son's apart to measure it.
