Is that Marine Designs Winston Eagle that is also called a lobster an 1/8th scale boat for competition? It resembles a rigger. Looks as though it would be a very fast 1/8th scale boat.

Mark I have that boat from Phil Thomas (r/c marine designs) & yes it's a good race boat. Mine currently holds the IMPBA 1/4 mile oval record. It does take a bit more to get dialed in than a typical full deck 1/8th scale but once properly set up it is a tough boat to beat. B)

Hey Don.. do they give you just a 1/4 of the Record Certificate since it was just a 1/4 oval record and not a full oval record? LOL I couldn't resist..
