lol...some tough stuff aint it !!! We manufacture some of that where I work - primarily tungsten alloys, but it sure does chew up some carbide tooling really quick Diamond is definately the way to go.

I use a special fixture that attaches to safe doors. These fixture can give out alot of pressure. In case your wondering I'm a locksmith. :lol:
