Water cooled?

Does CMB show a cooling diagram for this setup? Maybe the mounts are at the exit end, to add some heat to the case that is cooled by the incoming fuel charge. Could be away to even out/stabilize temps over the entire engine?? I know that a cool fuel charge is denser, but maybe that was offset by the potential for uneven expansion/distortion due to temp differences over the entire engine.....
 
I was told these are used in multi boat racing and offshore endurance were there is little air flow through that part of the boat and the races last for 30 plus minutes. Helps to keep the case cool.
