The first thing you need to do with that propeller is to harden it.

If you run them without hardening them it will not last very long.

Shane,

Heat treat in the oven, 600 degrees for three hours. Stand them on a cookie sheet on the hub. Take them out of the oven and allow them to cool the same way. Do not let them touch as this may cause uneven cooling. Look at the pdf below and it will show you other correct temps and times.

Thanks Mark! Let me play with the 1816 a bit more and then I will let you know. I think these DD motors are going to like a little different prop than we have used in the past.

I would try the 1914 and 1916 and see what the motor does?

I think the longer rod length should pull a little more diameter.
