Shockwave 55

Hey all,

Picked up a Shockwave 55 that needs a little TLC but a very sound solid hull. The first thing I am looking at is upgrading the throttle cable to a direct linkage. Anybody out there have any pics of this being done? have seen a few posts that said they have done this but would like to see how, I am guessing a rod and bell crank but not sure.

i don't know if you can tell by my pic, but i hooked up a speedmaster bellcrank setup to the back of the carb, and then punched a hole in the front of the radio box and ran a 4-40 wire between them. this is my bj55 i assume their similar.bad pic!
