Rudder for PT Super Sport 45

I am back to work on a re-build of a Phil Thomas Super Sport 45.

SPDR-001-H is this the correct rudder? Or should I use a 40 size rudder with 1 5/8" or 1 1/8" bearing block?

Also, what turn fin and pipe mount do I need for the 7-11 style cowl?

yes that rudder works best. You can get a David Preusse turn fin or a Tyndall turn fin.
