Re:Robart´s Super Pumper in K&B
For a couple of years I used crankcase pressure for my fuel systems. I works pretty well on K&B 3.5 and 7.5 engines.
Terry Prather used to sell a mod kit that included a 4-40 crankcase pressure tap (he may still sell it). I stopped using crankcase pressure when I noticed the benefits of increasing the back-pressure at the exhaust, which also created a better place to tap pressure from.
I've never had the fuel more than a few inches from the carb.
