Has anyone got the rFactor HydroPlane video game to work? and is it any good?

I made an attempt to download it to my computer, but I was unable to get the game to play. Maybe some instructions would help. I just gave up, I assume you have to purchase some download to actually make it work.

rFactor is a racing game, and a great one at that. The hydroplane part is a mod for the game, an add on if you will. But if you are into racing this is about as good as it gets. I havent raced on rfactor in about three months so thanks for showing mee this. By the way here are some videos of the mod beeing run on the game. I like the blowover the best
