There is a big difference between the older Quickdraws and the latest model. The sleeve is completely different and much longer lasting. The distributors buy kits and assemble them. While the engines are usually the same internally, a major factor in the power is the carb and pipe used. A modified WYK carb with the Quickdraw pipe is probably the best combination, but many people run modified 257 carbs for ease of use. Some Quickdraws are made to use a modified Zenoah piston with a matching head button. Talk to your distributor about the details.
