prop diameter

does anyone know the proper way to measure the diameter of a 3 bladed prop.

Hey James, my suggestion would be to use calipers to measure from edge of hole bore out to tip of one blade, then add half the measured bore diameter, then double this value. You could repeat for the other 2 blades to check or to average them.
