I have a new black anodized 67 carb. Throat measures 0.431” although the body measures 0.450”. Slight mismatch between the barrel and body.

Sounds good. PM inbound. BTW, one of my 91 VAC motors had the same mismatch. I just beveled the barrel with a carbide bit and works fine.
