OS stub shaft in K&B lower

Would a OS stub shaft fit in a K&B lower? Just got a new K&B stub shaft and after 3 runs its already pretty wobbly. Thinking of switching to OS,I heard they were a lot better.

Sorry but OS won't go in a K&B lower. Hyperformance makes a 3.5 shaft that is little better. K&B's all get wobbly way to quick and rob power. Best solution is switch totally to OS lowers or the Lawless that takes an OS shaft. http://hyperprod.bizhosting.com/psa35.html Mic

The hyperformance shaft's counter bore/ tapered recess that fits against the taper on the k&b lower doesn't match well. it's supposed to add a clamping force to keep the threads on the 2 halves aligned & tight against the stub. will work loose regularly!! better option is the replacement the john otto sells. it fits & lasts longer than the stock POS.
