Haven't been able to access it since early this afternoon. First time in a long time since that has happened.

Was trying to get on earlier today and got a "virus blocked" message on my computer. Might have something to do with it.

Was just on the OSE site 5 minutes ago, all seemed fine.

Ditto. . . I don't recall it being down for reasons other than maintenance in the last couple of years. I suspect foul play.

I would agree. For me, it has been down all day. At least when I checked in this morning and of course now. Somewhere there is a Web Administrator having a very bad day.
