New CMB 45 VAC advice (4 port including exhaust)

Hi all

Tom Foley gave me some great advice on starting points for a CMB 67HR. Just chasing the same starting points for the 45 with 50% nitro in a rigger.

• Pipe length?
• head clearence?
• and particular plugs (I use high nitro K&B on the 67)?
• Cooling hole size?
• Anything else I should know?
