Need Help On Needle Setting For Outrigger

I have an NITRO EAGLE SGX 90 HULL convert into gas motor. It measures 43 inches. Right now, I have a brand new Zenoah bottom with J & G top with 257 CARB, CC racing pipe and header. I like to know what is the needle setting for LOW END and HIGH END, size of prop, length of pipe, how fast will this eagle run

Post some pics... That might get some guys posting... Talk to J&G about needle setting's and pipe length. props.. id try a v967 s/b for starters.. but a 1667 4.5 cup and better have been known to run decent for testing pipe and hull settings..

Speed should be in that 70 mph range. 1.5 truns on both needles to start. I use to run a V967 in the past.
