Anyone know what brand mono this is ? Just under 42 inches long 2 strake bottom all the way to the transom.

No it looks similar to cross between a prather aggressor and an Aeromarine vector

Any variation of a TwinCraft or a TwinCraft that came from the manufacturer will have the born-on label glass inside the hull.

Not a Twincraft. I designed the Twincraft and manufactured them back in the 80s. Could be a Twincraft with a modified deck though because of the shape of the deck being pointy. That worked well with nitro engines but too narrow for gas engines.
