Pushrod seals - can get them at just about any hobby shop.

Autobailers - I don't use them but there is an old thread here somewhere on how to make them by Hammerhead.

Radio tape - 3M clear electrical tape - not cheap but it works....

Cowl locks are more specialised - you might need to contact one of the retailers who specialise in boat stuff....
