Well most use 1" wide foam core; then that is skinned with ply - so it comes out to 1-1/8" (if you use 1/16 ply).

Luca, You can get that off the plans buy printing it at a 100%. Just make sure when it goes to the printer section it showing 100%. I had to change mine to 103% to get the right measurements that were showning up on the plans. I started cutting out stuff and it wasn't working out. You will just be printing a small section of the boat but at the right size and you don't have go to Kinkos to get it blown up.
